The premium quality of every high-performance wheelchair originates from rigorous raw material selection and standardized incoming inspection procedures. As a professional global wheelchair manufacturer, we clearly recognize that raw materials are the fundamental determinant of product durability, load-bearing performance, and service life. Therefore, we never adopt low-cost inferior raw materials to reduce production costs, and all raw material procurement follows international industrial production standards to meet the stringent requirements of global B2B purchasers. Our main raw materials include high-purity aviation-grade aluminum alloy and thickened high-carbon steel pipes, which are the two core metal materials for wheelchair frames. The aluminum alloy we selected features low density, high toughness, excellent oxidation resistance and lightweight characteristics, making it ideal for manufacturing portable folding wheelchairs for the elderly and daily medical care. Meanwhile, high-carbon steel pipes with uniform wall thickness are specially applied to heavy-duty bariatric wheelchairs, ensuring outstanding compression resistance and stable load-bearing capacity. Every batch of metal raw materials is sourced from certified large-scale domestic metal smelting factories, with complete material composition reports and physical property test certificates.
Before raw materials are warehoused, our professional quality inspection team conducts comprehensive multi-dimensional physical and chemical tests on all incoming materials. The inspection items cover metal wall thickness measurement, tensile strength detection, hardness test, corrosion resistance simulation test and fatigue resistance experiment. We use high-precision digital measuring instruments to control the metal pipe wall thickness error within ±0.05mm, which effectively avoids frame deformation caused by uneven stress during long-term use. In addition, we carry out salt spray simulation tests in the laboratory to verify the anti-rust and anti-corrosion performance of raw materials, ensuring that the metal materials can adapt to complex global transportation environments and diverse regional climates, including humid coastal areas and dry high-temperature regions. Any raw material batch that fails to meet the inspection standards will be completely returned to the supplier without exception, and we will record the unqualified data to optimize the raw material procurement system.
Apart from metal frame materials, we also implement strict selection standards for auxiliary raw materials, including high-density rebound sponge for cushions, wear-resistant rubber for tires, non-slip engineering plastic accessories and high-toughness nylon connecting parts. The cushion sponge is made of environmental-friendly polymer materials, which has excellent compression resilience and is not easy to collapse after long-term extrusion. The tire rubber is specially formulated to enhance anti-slip and wear resistance, adapting to various road surfaces such as asphalt roads, cement roads and rough gravel roads. All plastic accessories comply with EU environmental protection standards, containing no harmful chemical substances, meeting the strict environmental access requirements of European and American markets. Through systematic raw material screening and layered inspection, we eliminate potential product defects from the source, maintain consistent product quality of each batch of wheelchairs, and provide reliable raw material guarantee for subsequent production processes, which is also the core reason why our products are widely recognized by global wholesale purchasers.
