Complete and strict finished product testing is the last line of defense to ensure the high quality of wheelchairs. As a top global wheelchair exporter, we have built a professional independent quality testing laboratory, equipped with a full set of intelligent testing equipment to complete multi-dimensional performance tests on finished wheelchairs. All testing procedures comply with CE, FDA and ISO international quality certification standards, and the testing items cover structural safety, mechanical performance, durability and environmental adaptability. Firstly, we carry out static load bearing test on each finished wheelchair. The testing equipment applies continuous pressure to the seat and backrest to simulate the use state of heavy users, verifying the maximum bearing limit of the frame and detecting whether there is permanent deformation or structural damage of the frame under rated load.
Secondly, we conduct brake durability test and folding fatigue test. The brake system is repeatedly braked and locked more than 5,000 times to detect the wear degree of brake parts and ensure that the brake remains sensitive and reliable after long-term use. For foldable wheelchairs, we complete more than 3,000 continuous folding tests to check the wear of rotating shafts and connecting parts, ensuring that the folding function is smooth and unobstructed after repeated use. In addition, the finished products will also undergo simulated road vibration tests. The wheelchair is placed on a vibrating test bench with uneven rollers to simulate bumpy road driving, detecting the firmness of connecting screws and the stability of the whole machine to prevent parts from loosening and falling off during transportation and use.
After completing the mechanical performance test, we also carry out appearance inspection and accessory compatibility detection. Inspectors check the spray coating for peeling, scratches and color difference, and verify the flexibility of wheels, the firmness of armrests and the smoothness of adjustment parts. All qualified products are labeled with qualified certificates and batch numbers for traceability management, while unqualified products are directly isolated and scrapped, and the problem causes are recorded in detail to optimize the production process. Meanwhile, we regularly send samples to third-party authoritative testing institutions for re-inspection to ensure that all performance indicators meet global market access standards. The complete quality control system eliminates defective products from the source, guarantees stable and reliable product quality for every batch of exported wheelchairs, reduces the customs clearance risk and after-sales pressure for global B2B buyers, and also lays a solid foundation for our long-term stable cooperative relationship with international purchasers.
